About the Journal

Arqueología y Sociedad is a peer reviewed scientific journal, edited by Museo de Arqueología y Antropología of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and published biannually (june and december). Arqueología y Sociedad publishes complete, original and unpublished articles that contribute to scientific knowledge on Archaeology issues, related to the Peruvian, Latin American and global sphere. The call for manuscripts for evaluation is carried out on a permanent basis.

Arqueología y Sociedad is indexed in Latindex 2.0, DOAJ, ERIH PLUS, LatinREV, LiVre, Europub, Alicia, LA Referencia and Crossref.
