Abstract

The general objective this work has to evaluate the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity level mouse bone marrow caused by particulate ZnO, TiO2 and SiO2. For this purpose which 90 mice were inoculated intraperitoneally through each oxide particulates dispersed in ultrapure water at doses of ZnO (0,5; 1,0; 2,5; 5,0 y 10 µg/kg), TiO2 (0,5; 1,0; 2,5; 5,0 y 10 µg/kg) and SiO2 (0,5; 1,0; 2,5; 5,0; 10 y 20 µg/kg) of which titanium oxide and silicon oxide are those that cause less damage to erotropoyetico level with respect to zinc oxide.
