STUDY OF CRIMINAL LAW AND ITS APPLICATION IN CONNECTION YOUR SPACE SCOPE OF VALIDITY

The theoretical conceptualization of “criminal law” may involve reference to the vast area in which it can be applied. So, we talked about that for such designation to criminal laws are known as such, the procedural criminal laws and the executive penal or criminal enforcement laws. In this regard, our reference is to precise axis criminal laws themselves, which regulate the punitive system and result in provisions of a general nature (general) or of special nature (special part). The former contain abstract and general rules, binding in nature, based on the principles or theoretical scientific foundations of criminal science, serving as counselor and principled to the postulates of the special part livelihood. The latter, denoting properly the fundamental characteristic of punitive law, consist of a normative-descriptive (criminal) and a penalty, mandatory and unavoidable legal consequence mixture, it is worth or preventive-therapeutic which is the measure of security.Downloads
