CHALLENGUES AND DUELS OF THE THESIS ELABORATION OF POST GRADE IN LAW

We write this article in a society context of knowledge and globalization influence that entail a permanent challengue of a juridic Peruvian full education. The first and second points include the study of three challengues and duels of the higher university thesis. In the third point we have to examine the elaboration topic of the post- grade law thesis and phrases or stages of his construction. In the fourth point, we approach the UPG Law topic of UNMSM, considered as a paradigm of teachers formation and educative change in which we effort to give a juridic fluid education, shocked and long-lasting. In the fifth point, we explain the ideas of a final comment, in which we explain that the thesis is a product that goes out of thesis students hands, as something full, lovely and wanted, thanks to the strength motivated and deployed energy by the own investigation pupil.Downloads
