Abstract

In a systematic way the Peruvian Constitution was analyzed in relation by the evolution of the Republic, being split the relation between the norm and the politics; likewise, there is demonstrated little knowledge of the constituent legislator of our past, a legal imitation lacking in rooting being generated in our social reality. Of equal form, the relation is approached between Constitution and subjectivity, beliefs and culture; identifying the divorce between our cultural legacy and the legal rules come from the West; he concludes, the study with the relation between our Magna Carta and the democracy, limiting his scopes for a deep-rooted authoritarian culture.
