When blood flow to a part of the brain stops for a few seconds, a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) also known as a stroke (MedlinePlus, 2022) occurs, causing it to be unable to receive nutrients and oxygen, causing permanent damage or even death. The WHO points out that strokes are one of the main causes of death in men and women, this was accentuated during the COVID 19 pandemic. Technology can help the people involved, be they patients, family members, caregivers and medical personnel to mitigate the derived effects. The main objective of the study is to design a web portal that helps people by offering them, in an easy and integrated way, access to a series of resources and services, which can be of great help (NetCommerce, 2022), for this, three Fundamental aspects: Information, Participation and Comfort, giving them access to the greatest amount of information from the same site, always considering that the resources offered by the web must be accompanied by a good education for their proper use.
