The correct management of public transport through technology-based tools make the information management process in real time easier. As a research hotbed, we started with the development of a technological solution called GEOUS, with this solution a platform was developed that allows public transport users to know the location of buses in real time, managing schedules, stops, routes, among others. options. This project had the support of all those involved in the sector, transporters, transport administrators, local authorities, and passengers. One of the concerns of the sector is that this project remains in oblivion and is not followed up to turn it into an enterprise and that it can offer a solution to the greatest number of people and that society in general can use it. That is why in this article we present how the GEOUS project has been taken to an escalation phase to turn it into a technology-based enterprise. The most effective methodologies were studied and CANVA was chosen as the most suitable for this project. A workshop was developed, and a proposal was generated to obtain financing. This project allows to scale the technological solution and offers our students technical knowledge for future proposals.
