The objective of this study was to analyze the degree of relationship of Knowledge Management with the Management of Software Development Projects and Reasoning Based on Cases; for which the demonstration of the formulated hypotheses was carried out, through the statistical package. This research is basic with a quantitative approach, descriptive-correlational level, with a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 44 companies specialized in software development projects. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire with five specific choices. The results showed that Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient obtained a value of 0.643, which is considered a moderate correlation, and a sigma (bilateral) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Likewise, significant differences were found in the dimensions of the variables studied; through their respective indicators. In conclusion, it is appreciated that Knowledge Management is significantly related to Software Development Project Management and Case-Based Reasoning.
