Abstract

In this RSL on the use of technologies for the care of primary health services, it is necessary to identify the main technological solutions that are currently used to provide remote service, for which the literature is searched in the Isis databases. Web of Science and the IEEE, 3 research questions are raised about what would be the technologies and/or medical devices to perform health care remotely, as well as identifying whether these solutions manage to reduce the geographical gap between the patient and the Ipress and what were the challenges and opportunities to implement this technology. To answer these questions, 91 primary articles related to the topic of telemedicine for primary health care were analyzed, which only 77.63% of the solutions proposed in the investigations use only a webcam or no type of device as a tool for the medical professional make the diagnosis of the patient, and only 22.37% included medical devices to perform the measurements of the vital signs of the patients during the consultations. We conclude that it is opportune and necessary that these solutions must have a cabin-type solution, which includes the necessary medical instruments in order to not only provide comfort and adequate diagnosis, but also improve current remote care services.
