The workforce is undergoing significant changes. It is becoming more digitally focused, more global, diversified, automated and highly competent. Likewise, the organizational requirements, demands and expectations that are thriving at an unprecedented pace. This raises the possibility of reviewing practices related to Human Resources, talent management and the organization in general. It represents an opportunity for the development of processes, techniques, tools, equipment and platforms that can continue to adapt and be useful over time. It's also an occasion to get ahead of what is likely to be one of the most significant changes in the workforce that we have ever seen. Put in context and the problem indicated, new regulations are created for human talent in the era of digitalization. Besides, the organization of the future, you will see the importance of designing a new organization according to the trends that are currently presented. Teamwork will be essential to be able to streamline and facilitate organizational tasks through roles and shared responsibility.
