The present study is an investigation of type basic, adaptative and exploratory, realize an development of intelligent systems in the organizations and the society, that more and more complex and need of advanced techniques as the Genetics Algorithms, for the creation of models of corporative learning, with process of knowledge management to obtain benefits competitives as one factor critical of exit in the formation of the humans recourses. To will be analyze The Genetic, the Genetic Engineering, The Genetics Algorithms and the Evolution Informatics, by means the analysis of techniques an the adaptability a we reality with the object of to contribute in to get better the quality, in the production or the services and to propose a one model of corporative knowledge for the organizations their realize a better knowledge management.
