A PERUVIAN MODEL OF VIRTUAL EDUCATION: THE CASE OF THE VIRTUAL UNIVERSITY AT UNMSM

Abstract

The work that is presented subsequently, treats on the creation and implementation of the Virtual University of San Marcos; are itself developed the studies that make the possible. Three identifying pillars exist on which the creation of this alternative of training is supported, the Educational Model, in it is defined all the academic aspect of the program, understands since the definition of academic objectives, the strategy, the information and know-how to include the method of broadcast of the knowledge, the evaluations, etc, the Organizacional Model, with which an organizing structure should be adopted - operating that be agile,that permit to be an inteligent organization and the Technological Model, through which the communication will be achieved and interaction with the program, giving possibilities of achieving a massive participation of who be interested and they can do it with fluency and without limitations in the broadcast multi direccional of the information.
