Abstract

To develop a project of construction and establishment of a solution and-Learning, diverse aspects should be considered that play an important role and they deserve a clear definition. We leave from the general concepts of and-Learning, their characteristics, kindnesses, alternatives, risks, etc, which they should be analyzed and you defined before initiating the project. The same thing occurs with other variables as the aspect psico pedagogical by means of which we should define the strategy that more agree to the objectives to reach, of way such that be maintained in every moment the enthusiasm and interest of the participant, as well as to assure us of the success of the learning to the distance. Also we should watch for the aspect organizacional and technological on which is going to mount the computational and of communications infrastructure, that make possible their implementation. Therefore all it indicated is supported in diverse theories and bases that should be treaties and you defined adequate for of that way to be able to build a model successful and- Learning. We will leave for the next number of this magazine, the publication of all the technological aspect, given the volume of information to treat and importance that covers said fear.
