The article tries on the analysis of an model of administration of the knowledge applied in the National University of San Marcos (Lima - Peru) articulate with the strategic plan, indicators of knowledge and control board. An application of the pattern is presented in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, with the data registered during five years that will allow the extrapolation to other faculties and a comparative analysis among them.
