This article presents a study on the role of knowledge about the new value of the university, the sources of knowledge and use. A model of knowledge management for the public university in Peru, based on identification of the map of existing knowledge, the needs of skills development, identification and management knowledge market. Analyzes systems of knowledge transfer. As a result, there is an implementation model for knowledge management geared to generating benefits to the public university in Peru.Downloads
