Abstract

The present article a model proposes for evaluation of the buildings that have been damaged by earthquakes, which it serves as instrument for the support in the capture of decisions for the personnel in charge of the evaluation of the buildings. The raised model bases on the utilization of a network neuronal Backpropagation of three caps of supervised learning. For the learning of the network neuronal and validation I use the information of the earthquake happened in the year 2007, in Ica - Lima - Peru. The importance for the raised model is based on the calibration that was done from the royal information obtained of the evaluation realized after the earthquake. Nevertheless it is considered that it could be extensive to evaluate the housings done with other systems constructives alternative and that could allow to elaborate a map of risks in housings according to constructive system.
