This literature review investigates the impact of Internet and IT on competitiveness and business strategy, focused on two opposing viewpoints led by Michael Porter and Don Tapscott. She explores the positions of authors who agree with the view of Porter, who argues that the Internet is only a tool that supports the strategy. Furthermore, it investigated the positions of authors who support Tapscott, who notes that the Internet changes the playing field totally traditional.Downloads
