Abstract

The development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) serves more flexible and dynamic character of the organization and have prompted new organizational configurations. Thus, this development has led to define frameworks for developing enterprise architectures, and within, IT architectures, supported by IT infrastructures that provide services, and additional basic or primary.
