Abstract

The constant growth of information Technologies in organizations, the ne\V requirements and the business necessities of having quality IT services; do that the IT organizations have the necessity of tools that allow to manage their resources efficiently ( people, processes and technology) and Deliver and support optimal IT services. In this regard the IT Services Management focuses on the support and the delivery of services on lnfom1ation Technology. Today, this concern is not just for large organizations, SMEs responsible for providing information Technology services are increasingly growing need. This work presents a revision of diverse models of IT services management, it shows studies of cases in big companies, which used with success the facto standard ITIL, a revision of diverse tools technological is also included for IT management. Finally is executed a comparative evaluation of three models. The comparative analysis was conducted concludes that there is no model for SMEs specialized IT. The SME IT companies, with their limited resources can hardly undertake such a project, given its complexity and hence the use of resources involved for their implementation. Here there is need for a specialized model to help SMEs to implement the IT Management Services
