Una Revisión de e-Justicia: perspectiva de desarrollo y buenas prácticas

Abstract

The problematics of the Judicial Power in the majority of the countries is very similar, especially in the countries that are in routes of development, since there is had the perception of corruption and of judicial slow processes that are very costly and with discriminatory access for economic reasons. This represents a serious affront towards the humanity because it creates scenes of injustice due to the procedure and not to the bottom of the matters. On the other hand, the TIC have allowed the incorporation of new procedures in many institutions and companies with great success, tangible advantages being obtained as rapidity in the processes and decrease of costs. Meanwhile the judiciary of Perú yet does not reach the levels of services that the technology provides. This work does a review of the world advance of the adoption of the TIC in the judiciary, the good practices and your perspective of development. Also there is proposed an Electronic Experimental Court - JUEEX, by means of which there would be allowed an intensive evolution of the application of the TIC in a court model.
