The establishment of appropriate courses in science and technology is essential for the development of the region and the country. Science and technology should be stimulated and oriented correctly in computer science training in the state university with purpose to promote alternative technologies for the development of the country, as it happens in the India, China and other countries that are outlined as producers of technology of computation.
