Abstract

This work shows a review of models and technologies support for evaluation of knowledge management. Also this one presents a comparative evaluation of the studied models, which shows that Skandia Navigator and Balanced Scorecard are the most complete models to realize a good evaluation of the knowledge management for the organizations.
