Review of models of management of business continuity

Events such as terrorism, earthquakes, technology failures, among others, that can generate inte- rruptions in delivery of products and services, generate since many years ago the need to establish a framework for business continuity management, that enable companies continue to deliver its products and services at an acceptable level. This article addresses the most relevant concepts of business continuity, presents a brief review of the literature from its origins and describes the latest business continuity management models.Downloads
