Abstract

With computerization and the growth of companies has greatly increased generating capacity and data storage, are so large volumes of data analysis can't be done with existíng traditional methods. The greater the ability to store data, the greater is the inability to extrae! truly useful information, and much of the importan! information for decision making is hidden, and often not taken into account because they could not gel that valuable information when required, in addition to transactional systems that are commonly used in organizations are not adequate for analysis and extraction of relevan! historical information. This work aims to implementa Datamart, as a tool that will develop Business lntelligence on the Logística of a company that provides outosrcing services; with this thesis project raises the simplification of procurement procedures, processing and data processing, to obtain information from customer behavior, and thereby support decision-making in the logística area under study.
