Abstract

The development of science and technology in the area of computing and lnformatics and systems has been facing new challenges, and the University is the main space of knowledge generation to meet the new requirements and powers that exist in society and the workplace. The magazine Research in systems and informatics RISI presents in his new volume 1O number 1, two original, unpublished articles which reflect the multiple theoretical perspectives and empirical scientific knowledge developed in our house of studies. We can see that there is a significan! effort on the part of the teachers themselves of the Faculty and the University to provide in the generation of new ideas and knowledge that will enrich our lave for research, and that in turn generate new knowledge, integrating them with their educational processes, which may be transmitted to students and alumni of our beloved Alma Mater. The editorial committee ofthe Revista RISI, expresses his appreciation and thanks to each one ofthose responsible for the articles, who show sorne results of the research work being done in our faculty. We are grateful to the Vice Chancellor of Research, the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones, and the Faculty of Systems Engineering for the economic and financia! support for the publication of the magazine, as well as to tea­ chers and researchers, who combines teaching and research to fully understand the work of a faculty that is profes­ sional quality, bringing their knowledge and experience in dumps two texts that are presented in the following pages.
