The present study "Modeling and design tools with complexity, presentation of algorithms and appli cations. Case labor market in the career of Systems Engineering- UNMSM", addressed the problem of the labor market in the career of Systems Engineering of the Universidad Nacional Mayo de an Marcos, which is viewed from the standpoint of complexity, as the career of Systems Engm enng as well as any other, it can be considered as a problem within the society. !he labo market, is the final step in the sequence of steps that a person with interest in a career in Engeering Systems have to follow: postulant, new student, student, and finally graduated. from Systems Engineering. The graduate of Systems Engineering would be an applicant to a profile in the labor market in the area of systems. The study was conducted through a methodology with an extensive review of the literature of the computational complexity, complexity and society, university and complexity, the theory of systems, with the aim of obtaining a systemic model. The study of the vocational training based on competencies, also presented a model by competitions, as well as conducted surveys for data collection with the objective of carrying out statistics, algorithms of complexity, genetic algo rithms andan application that used tools of complexity as it is the Frameworks Tropos using XML.Downloads
