Critical success factors in information technology project management

The purpose of this research is to determine how the critical success factors influence the management of information technology projects by the professionals who make up the PMI Lima Peru chapter. The study was applied to a sample of 53 project managers, who work using different project management methodologies in private and public entities. After analyzing the statistical data, it was concluded that there is a significant positive influence with a Spearman's Rho correlation of 0.581.
