Abstract

In the banking sector there is great demand for new information systems or upgrading existing ones, which must be addressed as quickly as possible, with such accuracy and efficiency that these developments actually become support tools. These systems support business operations, internal management, foster the efficient growth of their business and increase value for its customers. Therefore requires good coordination and control when these developments are made using outsourcing. This work consists on conducting a review of existing quality models focusing on the acquisition of third party service, specifically applied to the software factory schema and based on this model, perform the analysis and modeling of a web tool aimed at improving the process of development and maintenance of specialized applications in banking, taking into account the rules governing the production of software in this sector.
