Abstract

In the following article we are going to discuss how technology influence in National Superintendency of Public Registry. SUNARP’s advertisement services and public registrations. The transition of offline documents to a digital version, the function of technology in advertisement registration and its principal products: online advertisement services, graphic data base services and filed advertisement registration. Likewise, the technology function in SID SUNARP platform registration, telematic coercive repossession, electronic presentation of seizure warrant with a digital signature, electronic presentation of freezing administrative assets establish by UIF - Perú. Finally, we are going to analyze the problematic, jurisprudence registration, conclusions and proposals. Keywords: digital age, public registration, advertisement registration and services.
