Child labor is studied and examines the harmful implications that for our children and adolescents means doing work that is harmful to their physical and moral development and their health; therefore, the public policies that are designed must consider the norms contained in the national legislation and in the international instruments ratified by the Peruvian state; This is intended to eliminate child labor and instead guarantee the attendance of that vulnerable population, to school according to their physical and emotional development.
