Abstract

Child labor is studied and examines the harmful implications that for our children and adolescents means doing work that is harmful to their physical and moral development and their health; therefore, the public policies that are designed must consider the norms contained in the national legislation and in the international instruments ratified by the Peruvian state; This is intended to eliminate child labor and instead guarantee the attendance of that vulnerable population, to school according to their physical and emotional development.

    Magíster de Gerencia Social por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; Abogada en Derecho y Ciencia Política por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos; Licenciada en Educación Secundaria por la Universidad San Martín de Porres; egresada de la Maestría en Derecho con Mención en Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social y estudiante del VI Semestre del doctorado de Derecho y Ciencia Política por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Conciliadora extrajudicial registrada en el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y con un Curso Especial en “Administración de Seguridad Laboral y Salud Ocupacional” en Japón, becaria de JICA. Ex directora de Derechos Humanos del Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lima, período 2014 a 2015.
