In this present study, the legal person is analyzed, through the various approaches that have tried to explain its nature, to subsequently study the Three-Dimensional Theory of Law in the legal person and the company, as subjects of law, who are charged with subjective legal situations, rights and duties. Likewise, the three-dimensional approach of the institution of “lifting the veil” as a consequence of illegal acts carried out by this subject of law is studied. Finally, as a result of the work, it is considered that the three-dimensional theory of Law is adequate to understand the legal entity.
