In this article, one of the types of the crime of terrorism, such as collaboration with terrorism, will be analyzed, analyzing each of the elements that make it up, such as the protected legal asset, the active and passive subjects, typical behaviors as well as their degree. developmental. This crime is of utmost importance because although there has been an effective response from the State to combat this crime, even in the Andean areas of our country there is collaborative behavior with a terrorist organization and these organizations are being restructured again to create anxiety and alarm in the Peruvian population. Hence its importance to know a little more about the aforementioned crime.
