The research proposal is to demystify: The antinomy that exists between the causes of contradiction stipulated in article 19 of the Securities Law versus article 690-D of the Peruvian Civil Procedure Code.
Jurisdictional protection is above – and there is no doubt – any regulatory algorithm and is the touchstone of good action by a judge. It is true that economic circulation and legal security is absolute relevance; but what if there are no judicial guarantees for the defendant (executed).
