This research analyzes the existing problems in the Judiciary with respect to the procedural burden of the Justice of the Peace Courts in matters of alimony, in order to make innovations in the Peruvian regulations based on the application of Artificial Intelligence to comply with the principles of speed, reasonableness and proportionality in determining the amount of alimony, using a descriptive non-experimental design of legal-normative type (non-exegetical) of a qualitative approach. For this purpose, a brief review is made of the history of technology applied to law and specialized digital tools. Then, a comparison of the results of the application of digital tools in law is made, to finally propose the application of a digital software for the assistance tool for judicial operators, with the determination of the amounts of alimony in judicial proceedings with speed, reasonableness and proportionality.
