Abstract

The objective of this project is to propose an experiment which verified the variation ratio m e of the electron when it is decelerated. Thomson In experiment (1897) studied the change m e when the electron is accelerated, noting a decrease in that ratio with increasing electron speed, our proposal is that it decreases the electron charge is reduced and that the reduced load has become X-rays emission and to decelerate the electron will also load has decreased And that the difference in charge is also going to become an X-ray emission in both cases the electron is accelerated or decelerated by an electric field which will act only on the electron charge. While some laboratory in the world welcomes this proposal, we do not have the conditions to do, so we have tried to show, that the X-rays have electric charge, using Dental X-rays equipment, and Medical, we get the diversion of X-rays, with a magnetic field.
