The construction of two separate training modules based on programmable logic controllers of the S7 -200 and S7 -300 of SIEMENS families such modules should include continuous variables controllers used in process control , a simulated card was proposed industrial plants , industrial panel , three phase motor, industrial networks through interconnection with Siemens proprietary protocols such as MPI (Multi Point Interface), PPI (Point to Point Interface) and USS (Universal Serial Interface) protocols, in addition to using industry standard network Profibus DP protocol. It should also enable the development of applications SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), being able to perform supervised remotely control processes . This allows training participants in a personalized way , having the basic tools available for industrial use in Automation and Automatic Control. Mechanical, electrical and electronic study for these modules and their implementation and testing of different applications such as configuration protocols to use, centralized monitoring and control processes through the industrial network was performed.Downloads
