MacQuarrie test applied in the selection of personnel manual for textile manufacturing company in metropolitan Lima

The present study was primarily designed to establish the advantages of applying MacQuarrie test in selecting personnel manual textile manufacturing companies, for those who do not, and improving productivity. The textile manufacturing business sector is intensive in labor, both skilled and unskilled, one of their problems high staff turnover oriented manual operations. Basically, it has been shown that the MacQuirre test, improves productivity of the section in a textile garment of Metropolitan Lima.
