INTERACTION BETWEEN THE CULTURE OF VIOLENCE AND THE FAMILY VIOLENCE IN METROPOLITAN LIMA IN 2013

The study’s interaction between culture of violence and the social problem ‘s high incidence and public health of the familiar violence in Peru’s capital of today, had been developed,by one side,in the bibliographic level,looking for, in the historic researches ,the roots of the culture of violence in Peru,since the precolonial period and the post miscegenation,so this show the prominence if the initial discredit of the justice administration regarding to the family violence and their subsequent sociocultural complexity.In the shot of the actual incidents of the family violence,it was confirmed that through the study of cases and the application of an interview,the validity of the referred application. The results confirm the decisive role of the family violence culture,that influence and give advantage to the frequent incidents of the family violence and the ocurrence of them reinforce and feedback the violence culture,shaping a vicious circle in downward spiral .
