Abstract

The article is about the letter he wrote Simon Bolivar in Jamaica on September 6, 1815. The work develops: the content and the circumstances of the document; the call for integration, coorperación and the great American nation. Within these topics other is: important and critical parts of the letter; studies of the manuscript, identifying the target, etc. Bolivar wrote an article under the pseudonym of "El Americano" on the ethnic and social situation on the continent is also mentioned.
