The present work aims to show the design and implementation for the National Dorsal Fiber Optic Network, which is a transport network that has 48 wires and must support at least a single fiber pair 40 lambdas minimum and 100 Gbit/Sec each one, using Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM). This network will provide the national population with broadband Internet access and promote competition in the provision of this service. This fiber network of more than 13,000 km connects Lima with 22 regional capitals and 180 provinces capitals. For this purpose, it was used information published by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Perú (MTC), Proinversion, International Telecommunication Union (ITU).Downloads
