Adaptive filter for fetal heartbeat detection

This paper present general ideas on design and construction of a Keyboard adapted by hardware to computer access for affected persons of Quadriplegia (Tetraplegia) and that are unable to speak. The above-mentioned keyboard will allow them to write characters in one PC using any processor of text, as response to one voluntary movement of the user.
