Abstract

This paper present general ideas on design and construccion of a Keyboard adapted by hardware to computer access for affected persons of Quadriplegia (Tetraplegia) and that are unable to speak. The above mentioned keyboard will allow them to write characters in one PC using any processor of text, as response to one voluntary movement of the user.
