This paper presents a control strategy of velocity of an induction motor. For this purpose, it has developed the theoretical aspect of orientation of the rotor field, in base to the model of the induction machine in a framework of reference gyratory arbitrary [Luyo and Vargas, 2000]. The velocity controller is the most complicated of tuning in. For this reason is opted a fuzzy controller, which permits to incorporate in the control structure the human experience of the process; it adequately permits to tune in the controller with great facility. The design is verified with the simulation using MATLAB.Downloads
