Strategy, Personal Software Process, competition, Determining Factors, Competitiveness.Abstract
To have the knowledge to compete is crucial for engineers; this involves the formulation and monitoring of their personal strategies to achieve their objectives, for which we use The Method of the Determining Factors as the theoretical base and Formats Personal Software Process (PSP) for the collection and analysis of data. This paper presents an analysis of these issues to show that both concepts are complementary in order to improve the competitive performance of engineers. In the Introduction we will establish the importance of individual approach to competitiveness, in theoretical foundation section is used concept maps by which we explain the notions of strategy and Determining Factors as well as their classification.Downloads
