Solving problems for the continuous improvement process is an ongoing activity in organizations. We have proposed methods and tools that systematised continuous improvement. These consist of a sequence of problems to be solved, one after another in a systematic framework anda common language. Yacuzzi and Shiba present the systematic method of problem solving which consists of seven steps and uses simple tools of quality management in the production process. This paper presents an adaptation ofthe method proposed by Yacuzzi et al in oriented administrative processes. lt applies specifically on continuous improvement of the administrative process of processing documentary at the Faculty of Systems Engineering Computation and Telecommunications (FISCT) at the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University (UIGV).
