Keywords:
Balanced Scorecard, System Approach, System DynamicsAbstract
A new concept of organization has been forged, based on the ability to learn faster than competitors, because today the work is increasingly linked with learning. Organizations charged relevance in the future will be to discover how to harness the enthusiasm and ability to learn from people at all levels of the organization. To build this new organization called “Intelligent Organization” is necessary to take account of new disciplines such as systems thinking. Corporate social systems are essentially dynamic, and for the treatment of dynamic systems appears a new methodology called Dynamic Systems. A dynamic model for integrating knowledge management model Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Systems Thinking and System Dynamics methodology is proposed.Downloads
