THE RESEARCH ETHNOGRAPHIC IN A PROJECT OF SOCIAL INTERVENTION
Keywords:
Applied anthropology, Cultural affirmation, intervention project, Ethnographic research.Abstract
When anthropology shows its academic and professional capacities to attract and responde to the demands of human communities, it means that it assumes its field of competence with emphasis on the applied dimension of its science. In this other way of expressing its reason to exist, the questioning imposed by this technique is direct, and the means it mainly uses are projects of social intervention. The information and reflections presented in this text draw on, precisely, one of these projects. It emphasizes a characteristic that, in the contexto of a general comparison, is almost its own: a process whose axis is ethnographic research.Downloads
