Abstract

This research sought to determine the role that inference strategies in reading comprehension process, in other words, try to clear the way inferential thinking helps to read a text efficiently. If inferences play a decisive role in reading comprehension, can project a systematic and graduate development useful for improving reading comprehension level program inference strategies. The study focuses on a case study in the second cycle students of the Faculty of Education at the National University of San Marcos and students of educational institutions in in Metropolitan Lima during 2013. Thus, findings that could help to establish educational policy in our reading

  • Miguel Gerardo Inga Arias, Facultad de Educación, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos
    Doctor en Educación, Magíster en Lingüística y Licenciado en Educación con mención en Lengua y Literatura por la UNMSM. Diplomado en Gerencia Estratégica de Centros Educativos por la Universidad Nacional “Enrique Guzmán y Valle” – La Cantuta. Docente investigador con el “Mérito Científico 2010”, articulista habitual en la revista de investigación del Instituto de Investigaciones de la Facultad de Educación, así como autor de libros como Desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas: Estrategias para la comprensión y producción de textos (Lima: Cepredim-UNMSM, 2008), Memoria operativa, inferencia y gramática en la comprensión lectora (Alemania: editorial académica española, 2011) y Módulo de comprensión lectora 6. (Lima: Minedu, 2011). Especialista en construcción de ítems y elaboración de pruebas. Actualmente es jefe de la Oficina de Estudios y Elaboración de Pruebas (OEEP) de la Oficina Central de Admisión (OCA) de la UNMSM.
