ARTHUR RIMBAUD, AN INTERTEXT OF MARIO VARGAS LLOSA
Keywords:
Arthur Rimbaud, Mario Vargas Llosa, text in permeability, backtext, literary influence.Abstract
When some details in the translation of Rimbaud´s text Un cœur sous une soutane are different from the original, and the translator is a young novelist in search of original style, we can suspect this writer is showing how he perceives the textual elements he is translating. These are parts of a podtext or backtext of his own novel in progress, and they testify to his own “demons”.Downloads
