TEACHING AND LEARNING STRATEGIES AND AUTONOMOUS USE OF ICT

The development of self-learning capabilities, research, autonomy and information processing in the teaching quality is observed by the teaching-learning strategies autonomous, achieved with the use of ICT in Teaching students in courses General II, and Research Workshop II, VI and VIII of the cycles of EAP Education, Faculty of Education UNMSM. The purpose, check whether the domain of independent learning strategies to improve the use of ICT. And, if this result corresponds to the strategies proposed and the application of active methods and research techniques, reading comprehension, and creativity. Quasi-experimental design. An entrance test, a questionnaire of 34 multiple-choice items, and reading comprehension, theme was applied: self-study, a sample of 120 students. Dependent variable: EA autonomous strategies, the highest score, 16, and the lowest, 6 vigesimal scale, and the independent variable: ICT, the highest score 8 and the lowest one. The entrance test was applied, and output to the experimental group and the control. The hypothesis is validated. The experiment improved autonomous learning strategies.Downloads
